1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33ook ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 33ook website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and all associated features and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any future amendments. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

2Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings assigned to them below.

3Eligibility

Access to and use of the 33ook Platform is restricted. To register an Account and use any service on 33ook, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33ook strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all game categories and services.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Only one Account is permitted per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information updated throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.

4Account Registration

To access the full features of the 33ook Platform, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which serves as your unique account identifier. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

• You may only hold one Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 33ook will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 33ook support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security.
• 33ook may at its sole discretion require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used, before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

33ook reserves the right to close or suspend any Account that it reasonably suspects is held in breach of these Terms, including by a Prohibited User, without prior notice and without liability.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

33ook supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to supported Bangladesh bank accounts (including BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank). All financial transactions are processed on 33ook's platform only and are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be displayed within your Account's transaction section.
• Deposits are credited to your 33ook Wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. 33ook is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad (subject to payment provider processing times). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• 33ook reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in a temporary hold on your withdrawal request.
• Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for gaming purposes on 33ook. Depositing funds and immediately requesting a withdrawal without placing any bets is considered suspicious activity and may result in the transaction being reviewed or declined.

6Bonuses and Promotions

33ook may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiple and eligible games will be stated in the specific offer terms presented at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and device unless the offer explicitly permits multiple claims.
• 33ook reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already in progress at the time of cancellation.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including by creating multiple Accounts, using third-party funds, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent the wagering requirement, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
• Winnings derived from free spins or bonus funds that exceed the maximum bonus winnings cap (where applicable) will be removed from your Wallet. The applicable cap will be stated in the offer terms.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 33ook Platform are operated in accordance with the rules established by the respective Game Provider. 33ook acts as an aggregator and distributor of games supplied by licensed, regulated third-party Game Providers. The following conditions apply to all gaming activity on the Platform.

• Non-live slot and table games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to determine outcomes. Results are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Platform or the Player.
• Live casino games are conducted in real time by human dealers operating from regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel) and are subject to the rules of the applicable Game Provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet. 33ook will not be liable for any losses claimed to have resulted from a technical error that cannot be verified through server logs.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by 33ook's sports data providers. 33ook reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error or where the integrity of the market cannot be verified.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33ook Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game, to place bets, or to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account credentials, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or fraud.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, interfering with its technical infrastructure, or exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with 33ook support.

9Account Suspension and Termination

33ook reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the circumstances described below. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements in Section 3 and the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested by 33ook.
• A Player's own request to close their Account, including requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming arrangement.

10Responsible Gaming

33ook is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. Online casino and sports betting are entertainment products intended for adults aged 21 and above. 33ook provides the following tools and resources to help Players manage their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control gaming expenditure.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30, 90, or 180 days, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting 33ook support.
• Session reminders: Players may enable session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Reality checks: Players will periodically receive notifications displaying the duration of their current gaming session and their net gaming balance during that session.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33ook, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and Game Providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

33ook does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur, during which access to the Platform or specific features may be unavailable. 33ook will endeavour to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where feasible.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the 33ook Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the property of 33ook or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 33ook or the relevant rights holder.

13Privacy and Data

33ook collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an Account. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, how it is stored securely, and your rights as a data subject under applicable law.

14Amendments to These Terms

33ook reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a notice on the Platform or by direct communication to the registered contact details on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting 33ook support.

15Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through 33ook's support channel should be submitted in writing to 33ook's support team at the contact address below. 33ook will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
